Midas does not undertake assignments where there is a potential conflict of interest. On request each client may know of all other charities with which Midas is working and the nature of the appeal. 
 

In cases where a partner or associate is involved with handling the cash of a charity, a fidelity bond may be arranged or professional indemnity for financial management.
